Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically process within 24 hours, then ship via standard ground delivery. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — join our mailing list to hear about them first.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Cans should arrive perfect. If something shows up damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right. Email: hi@drinkesprizio.com

Can I return beverages?
Because Esprizio is a consumable product, we can’t accept returns once shipped. But if something’s wrong, we always want to know and will work with you to fix it.

Refund Policy
We want you to love Esprizio. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise not up to standard, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • We’ll replace or refund eligible items

Order issues or mistakes
If we shipped the wrong product or quantities, that’s on us. Email us and we’ll correct it quickly.

Taste preferences
We can’t offer refunds based on personal taste preferences, but we always appreciate feedback and want your experience to be great.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary by bank or card provider.
